To reap the maximum savings and increased production from an optimised and tuned APC implementation, it must perform to its designed objectives 100% of the time. To maintain these benefits year after year, the APC implementation should be maintained regularly to ensure that it is still tuned and represents the current plant objectives, constraints and targets. In addition, regular maintenance can highlight in advance any potential areas requiring attention before they become critical.
Our APC maintenance package is made to your requirements but typically includes 2 to 6 site visits per year and unlimited remote support. The APC 'health check' does not interfere with the running of the plant and we report in full on our findings, including performance details and recommendations.
